Our beginner’s series is intended to introduce you to the basics of yoga, from breathing to body awareness to cultivating proper form for a safe practice. This course will prepare you to begin a practice either in a studio or at home, increasing your confidence, giving you relaxation techniques, and increasing awareness and helpful engagement of the body, particularly the core. Appropriate for anyone brand new to yoga or a lapsed practitioner. This series also includes one month of unlimited yoga! Attend regular classes to put into practice the skills learned each week in the series. The more you practice, the faster and easier you will learn and remember the techniques and form.
