Beginner's Series - 6 Week

Begin your yoga journey Mondays at 7pm with a 6-week long beginner's series. Each class will focus on different parts of a yoga practice, from breath and movement to hip openers, creating a safe and solid basis for your practice. Start the summer off right with a commitment to health and well-being!

June 27: Chest Openers
July 4: Hip Openers
July 11: Savasana and Meditation
