Yoga for Runners

This 90 minute workshop will explore the benefits of combining a yoga practice with running (recreational, training, or competition). The workshop will consist of a flow-based practice, with emphasis and explanation on which poses most benefit runners, and an extended cool-down and stretching portion. Space is limited, so book early to ensure your spot!
