Ayurvedic Cooking Series: Kitchari

Learn to cook the classic Ayurvedic detox dish! In preparation for our cleanse week in October, we are offering a demonstration on cooking kitchari. This rice and mung bean dish can be taken as a normal meal, or used as part of a mono-diet cleanse.


**If you are participating in cleanse week (October 3-7), the class is free.
