Fundamentals of Ashtanga

In the practice of Ashtanga yoga, the essential components are breath, drishti (gaze) and bandhas (locks). These elements will be explored during a guided introductory flow through the sequence from the First Series. This workshop is open to all levels of practitioners from any system of yoga.
