The digital detox is a 90 min workshop paired with a one week challenge of unplugging from the hustle before the holidays. In this 90 min workshop, you will do yoga and meditation and discuss the importance of unplugging for a few moments each day. You'll leave the workshop ready to unplug each day for 1 hour and 08 minutes (all together or broken up).
If you choose, the following week you'll receive a small set of unplugging activities (mandalas, helpful tipsand journal prompts) to use while you unplug. The goal of the week after the workshop will be to turn off electronics for 1 hour and 08 mins daily for seven days.
