The ultimate goal of a yoga practice is to facilitate ease in a meditation practice. This is where the real work begins. Both easy in its child-like simplicity and very difficult in this fast-paced world, a simple meditation practice can transform your life from the inside out.

This is the Module 6 in our Beginner's Series. This class is open to anyone and everyone looking to start a meditation practice. Whether you've dabbled with meditation before, are intimidated, or totally lost as to where to start, we will guide you into a simple practice that you can bring into your daily life.
