Moving Towards Stillness

This restorative yoga workshop will explore the benefits of this practice in finding focus and peace in a busy world. The practice of prop-assisted yoga poses moves the body and mind towards stillness by enhancing the relaxation process. In addition to the restorative practice, you will be guided through a short sound meditation and yoga nidra, or yogic sleep - the state between wakefulness and sleep, inducing full body relaxation.

This workshop is accessible for all levels of practitioners. Limited spaces available.
