Beginner's Meditation Series


In this 5 class series, students will learn the importance of meditation, basic foundations of a meditation practice, and will be guided through various meditation techniques. The practices and techniques taught will aid in bring discipline, clarity and balance into one’s life. Students will learn the necessary skills to develop a personal meditation practice. 

Saturdays in October
