Spring Cleanse

It’s Spring Time! This year, cleanse more than your home - get ready to cleanse your body of negative thoughts, sugar, or processed foods. Start on March 17th with a heat-building yoga practice and receive a guide (affirmations, healthy recipes, and tips) to get you through two weeks of cleansing your body or mind. Choose one of the three paths that speaks to you and you will receive tailored emails three times a week for two weeks.

  • Negative Thoughts - Thoughts are like footsteps. The more you have a thought, the deeper and more pronounced the pathway it creates. Work to retrain your thoughts to follow a different path, allowing healing of the old way. You will receive self-love exercises, forgiveness meditations, and positive affirmations to help you forge a new path and way of thinking.
  • Sugar - Processed sugar wreaks havoc on our health, and is one of the hardest habits to kick. If you're ready to commit to a serious change in your life or are just looking for a short-term cleanse, we can give you some tools and tips to get you through the process. Foods to avoid, detox methods, and recipes and tips to handle the cravings are all a part of this cleanse package.
  • Processed Foods - If you have never cleansed before, this is the place to start. Eliminating chemicals, so-called "natural" additives, and over-processed foods can quickly transform your life. Similar to the sugar cleanse, you will receive recipes and meal-inspiration, methods to aid your body in detoxing, and a list of "foods" to avoid.
