Yoga for Sleep

Through discussion and personal exploration, students will begin to understand the roots of insomnia from a yogic perspective. Students will discover how to address their problems through yogic principals and practices using different asana sequences, breathing practices, chants and mediation that naturally induce sleep. Please bring a journal and writing utensil.
