Anxiety is a constant silent battle. It creates fear, a feeling of limited control or defeat, and low self-esteem. In this 2-hour workshop, we will journey into ourselves, exploring how anxiety presents itself into our lives. We will practice physical and mental techniques that interrupt anxiousness. Also, we will look into the science and philosophy of yoga to help us take control of our nervous system and rewire our stress triggers. Please bring your yoga mat, journal, and pen.
