Meditation for Beginners

In this workshop, students learn the basics of a solid home meditation practice. We'll discuss creating a space and consistency for mediation as well as the use of essential oils as an aid. We will do some light movement, breath work, and meditation. You will be challenged to a 10 day daily meditation, with 3 support emails during that time to help you stay on track.
