Props 101

What are all those blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters for, anyway??? Prop 101 is designed to give you an opportunity to safely explore and learn how use yoga props in class. Using props can increase body awareness, flexibility, alignment, and help students enhance their yoga asana experience. All levels are welcome.
