Beginner's Series

This course consists of five 75-minute classes covering the fundamentals of a basic yoga practice. Breathing, common and beginner-friendly poses, as well as sun salutations and flowing with the breath will be covered in this series. This short and sweet course will give you a taste of what yoga has to offer and a jumpstart on your yoga practice. At the end of this course, you will have the tools and  confidence to begin attending regular group classes.
