For April First Friday, we will be turning things upside down with an hour class dedicated to inversions! We won’t be upside down the whole time. Instead, much of the class will be spent in drills beneficial for building the necessary strength or increasing the required flexibility for headstand, forearm stand, and handstand. Whether you can do any of these inversions or not is irrelevant! This class is about the journey to inversions. Get strong, open those shoulders, and pick up some tips to nail your inversions!
