Yoga Philosophy Series: Yoga Sutras and the Eight-Limbed Path

In this 4-week series, we will study the eight-limbed path of yoga, as explained by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. The eight limbs form the structural framework for your yoga practice. Serving as a prescription for ethical and moral conduct as well as self-discipline, the eight-limbed path helps us understand the spiritual aspect of our nature. We will discuss ways to incorporate Patanjali's teachings into your lifestyle and daily practice. Please bring a notebook and writing utensil.
