First Friday - Cooling Restorative Yoga + Meditation

Summer is upon us, and with it comes the intense Texas heat. To prepare you for the upcoming season and to help prevent burnout, this class will be focused on gentle restorative poses that will help cool the body and preserve precious energy sapped by the rising temperatures. The class will finish with a guided meditation to cool down and relax the body, enabling you to let go of control and perfectionism, some of the prevailing tendencies of pitta dosha which rules the summer season.

This is a “regular” class and may be booked through the calendar.
