Self-Care Through Yoga

From a yogic perspective, we will discuss the benefits and importance of self-care as a routine. Practicing self-care prevents burn out, fatigue, stress, depression, and anxiety. We will begin the workshop with a gentle asana practice, followed by a lecture, and end with meditation. Students will learn various self-care techniques while learning to create and maintain their own self-care practice. Please bring a journal and writing utensil.
