First Friday - Grounding Yoga Nidra and Meditation

This Friday, reconnect to the Earth and to your purpose with a guided yoga nidra and meditation practice. During this hour, you will loosen the body up and encourage it to relax with a few yoga asanas followed by a yoga nidra to bring you deep into relaxation and connection with your self. Then, ground yourself into the energies of the Earth through a guided meditation and journaling practice to reconnect to your purpose and, if necessary, re-prioritize your life.
