Rachel Psencik - Owner/Instructor

Rachel is an ERYT-200 and YACEP certified yoga instructor and has been practicing yoga for over ten years. She enjoys practicing and teaching many styles of yoga, though her focus is on slow movement with extended holds while maintaining keen awareness of breath and body. She is currently pursuing her 500-hour teaching certification.

Serena Lewis - Instructor


Serena enjoys sharing her love for yoga to the world. Her mission is to help transform the lives of people to help them understand their purpose in life. Through asana, meditation, mantra and sound, she helps her students understand their true nature. Serena has completed her RYT-500 certification, and she is certified in hatha flow, prenatal, yin, and more. She considers yoga a form of self-expression and seeks to show others how to experience this through mantra, sound, meditation, and shapes created with their bodies. She incorporates yoga philosophy and mythology into her classes as a tool to help students uncover their true being.


Mark Tsatsos - Instructor

Mark has been practicing yoga and incorporating the ideology into his life since 2009. He began practicing for the physical benefits and found yoga transpired into all other aspects of his life. As a veteran going through the transition process, yoga is a great outlet. Mark received his 200 hour yoga teaching certification from Yoga Alliance. His mission is to help others reduce stress through their yoga practice. He lives in Temple with his wife Erin and is an avid and passionate sports fan. Mark's practice has included Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Power Yoga, Bikram, and Hatha.
