Through asana, meditation, mantra and sound, she helps her students understand their true nature. Serena has completed her RYT-500 certification, and she is certified in hatha flow, prenatal, yin, and more. She considers yoga a form of self-expression and seeks to show others how to experience this through mantra, sound, meditation, and shapes created with their bodies. She incorporates yoga philosophy and mythology into her classes as a tool to help students uncover their true being.

Leah Walsh - Instructor

Leah’s yoga practice has been full of twists and turns thus far. She began her practice in 2011 and took brief and sometimes very long pauses on her journey. She found her way back to her practice after injuries in the gym made weightlifting impossible. While finding physical healing in yoga, Leah’s practice has also evolved into a vehicle for mental and emotional recovery. Leah has obtained her 200-hour Seva Teacher Training certificate and has been bringing her own personal style and sense of humor to the mat ever since! Leah’s yoga philosophy is very grounded in the idea that there is space for everyone in the yoga studio regardless of disability, religion, age, size, or sexual orientation.
