Rachel Psencik - Owner/Instructor
Rachel is an ERYT-200 and YACEP certified yoga instructor and has been practicing yoga for over ten years. She enjoys practicing and teaching many styles of yoga, though her focus is on slow movement with extended holds while maintaining keen awareness of breath and body. Rachel has received training in Ayurveda and is available for Yoga and Ayurvedic Guidance sessions. She is currently pursuing her 500-hour teaching certification.

Serena Lewis - Instructor
Serena enjoys sharing her love for yoga to the world. Her mission is to help transform the lives of people to help them understand their purpose in life. Through asana, meditation, mantra and sound, she helps her students understand their true nature. Serena has completed her RYT-500 certification, and she is certified in hatha flow, prenatal, yin, and more. She considers yoga a form of self-expression and seeks to show others how to experience this through mantra, sound, meditation, and shapes created with their bodies. She incorporates yoga philosophy and mythology into her classes as a tool to help students uncover their true being.
Amy Reed - Instructor
Amy is a recent transplant to Texas. She grew up on the East Coast in Connecticut and New Jersey, and spent the last 7 years living on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Her passion for yoga began in 1999 when she attended her first class with her mom. After nearly two decades of being a dedicated student, Amy fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming a yoga instructor in 2016 and received her teaching certification from Black Swan Yoga in Austin, TX. She has also completed her RYT-500 with Yoga Yoga, also in Austin. She believes in living sustainably, and advocates for animal rights and the environment. When not practicing yoga or meditating, Amy loves to surf, stand-up paddle board, hike, travel, paint and spend time outdoors with her husband and three furbabies.
Sarah Boggan - Instructor
In 1996, Sarah started teaching Vinyasa Yoga after being asked by Jhon Tamayo at Atmananda Yoga. She has been registered with the Yoga Alliance since March 2007 and is an experienced yoga teacher. She is also a continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance.
Sarah has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2007, and has the great blessing to receive guidance from Annie Pace, David Keil, David Williams, David Swenson and Shelley Washington both in her asana practice and her teaching practice. In September 2013, she completed a 40-hour Ashtanga Training with David Swenson.
Sarah's classes are Ashtanga-based, and she teaches with the intention of empowering her students to practice yoga not only as an exercise, but as a practice-ground for life.
